Mission Statement : Epping Forest District Swimming Club aims to be a club for the community working together at all levels and ages to inspire swimmers to reach their full potential. We aim to achieve this by providing a secure and caring environment where every member is valued and encouraged to work together as a team to achieve their goals.

There will be a club shop held on Sunday 23rd April, with the next shop at the club champs on Sunday 14th May, both at Loughton. For any shop enquiries, phone Suzanne on 01992 815103.

James Hollis, Lauren Smith and Emma Hollis bag 3 gold, 8 Silver and 5 Bronze medals between them swimming in the Eastern Region squad. Well done to all of them. See a full report in the next newsletter.   

The swimmer results database is now available online under Swimmers Resources -> Results.   

2006 Mini League kicked off with the first meeting in Eltham. Epping came 4th following some great swims from participants from Elementary, Intermediate, A2 and A1 squads.Next round will be in Leyton in March.   

We were hosts at Borehamwood, where our swimmers produced some excellent performances. The gala finished with 2nd - 6th place being separated by just 20 points. A good effort by both the swimmers and the team of volunteers who made sure it ran smoothly. Results

It was a very exciting competition at the Speedo round 2 at Herts. Uni. with our team and Enfield Borough "B" swapping 1st and 2nd places throughout the event - Enfield eventually beating us by 5 points.   

Bonnie Megan Emma and Jessica represented EFDSC in the Essex Relays on the 30th October 2005. They swam the freestyle relay and came 3rd. Well done girls
